My mission is to empower every person touched by ADHD to live their best life. To help individuals (be they a student, young adult, parent, partner or educator) overcome any challenges they face and achieve their personal goals in pursuit of their best life.
ADHD coaching is a collaborative partnership between the coach and client. The ADHD coach listens with an appreciation and working experience of how ADHD may be impacting the client. We work together in a safe, non-judgemental environment to bring understanding and compassion around ADHD, assisting the client to realise their true strengths and overcoming any barriers they might have. These barriers could be impulsivity, planning and organisation, time blindness, procrastination, working memory and emotional regulation. Together we work on strategies that work for you and your family and move you forward to live your best life. ADHD coaches regard their clients as naturally creative, resourceful, and incredible human beings.
When choosing an ADHD Coach be curious about their qualifications. Have they completed a specific ICF accredited ADHD Coaching program and are they certified? There is a difference between a Life Coach/Wellness Coach/A Coach with lived experience and an ADHD Coach. ADHD Coaching is a specialised field requiring specific skills and a deep understanding of ADHD’s unique impact. They understand ADHD’s effect on behaviour, organisation and emotions and tailor their approach to meet the client’s specific needs.
