I am a qualified and certified ADHD & Executive Function Coach with a special interest and passion in ADHD. I specialise in working with people of all ages, children, teenagers, young adults, parents, educators and employers.
When one of my children was diagnosed with ADHD and working in schools as a Teacher Assistant, I noticed there was an extreme lack of understanding. I experienced first-hand the lack of easily accessible, specialised knowledge around ADHD. This ignited my passion for ADHD and marked the start of a journey that lead me to find the ADD Coaching Academy in New York. I am now a qualified and certified ADHD & Executive Function Coach (AACC).
Before becoming an ADHD Coach I worked in many different Personal Assistant and Office Management roles in London, Sydney and New Zealand and this unforeseen new path is a natural progression I am thrilled to have found. My mission is to empower every person touched by ADHD to live their best life.
I live in Christchurch, New Zealand with my husband, three children and dog Arlo.
